Think pain, posture and performance. Chiropractors locate areas of restricted movement in your body and free them to enable optimal function.
Chiropractic works on the simple principle that a well balanced body leads to improved health, performance and if you have back pain – less pain. Manual therapy of this type is a way of keeping healthy and being at your best; for better sports performance, improved flexibility, better posture, a more comfortable pregnancy or advice on how to live a more healthy lifestyle.
Ricky our chiropractor aims to decrease pain and improve function by using manual therapy, soft tissue therapy, medical acupuncture and rehab, restoring mobility and improving the stability and injury resistance of your body. He has experience treating a range of postural and sports injuries both at Pure Sports Medicine and in a sports setting. He teaches regularly for OMT Training and is in the process of writing a book on manual therapy and the treatment of pain.
He is a member of the General chiropractic Council, British Chiropractic association, Royal College of Chiropractors and a member of the British Chiropractic Sports Council.
