Why not try our specialised Pilates classes alongside your usual workout routine?
We have small sized classes (max 8) that are geared towards those who run and cycle or those who are completing a rehab program for a specific injury.
You do not need to be a patient at the clinic to join us for Pilates!
Pilates works a great deal on balancing every aspect of our body. It gets you to think mindfully, and notice the body’s imbalances, whilst teaching you how to reform that balance. Have you ever noticed your right leg is more flexible than your left? Or your left side feels tighter than your right? This could be causing imbalances in your posture and reducing your optimum sporting performance.
With regular practice you will start to notice more toned abdominals and stronger core muscles helping you to support your body and enable you to push your workouts to the next level.
We guarantee you’ll leave that class feeling taller, more toned and even more game for your next workout.
